Purchased a refrigerator. When they came to deliver it, they wanted to leave it in the middle of the parking lot of the office of my neighborhood. We never received a call stating they were even delivering!
Hello. I just had the worst experience I’ve had at a stop in a long time. Store would be in Washington nc. We had a employee named sharicka in customer service. We had called to make sure a grill was in stock. We spoke to an individual who said he put his hands on one and write our name on it and put it at customer service. The number of people in there were far from compliant. I’m a Nurse, I know this was not compliance at all!
Helpful staff, clean and new
So I go to Lowe's and buy a dishwasher and pay for installation. They take out the old one and tell my wife the counter-top overhand has to be cut but they don't do that. So I paid for installation and don't get what I paid for. Talked to Jacqueline (who says she is the highest person you get to talk to at Lowe's) and she says too bad! I told her Lowe's installs cabinets and counter-top and they can't trim a counter to install a dishwasher? Don't buy appliances at Lowe's and pay for installation. When the you buy an extended warranty and they can't get to you for over three weeks to fix it, they tell you that this store(being the one you purchased from) can bring you a loaner appliance the next day but then they call you and tell you it'll actually be five days before they can bring you a loaner appliance!!! I'll never buy anything else from Lowe's. And have purchased everything from flooring to appliances for the last 22 years of my married life....this is it!
