This Lowe’s is the only “big box” hardware supply store in our area. We’ve definitely spent thousands of dollars in this store over the past several years but I’ve noticed over the past months that they are not staffing the aisles sufficiently to service the customers. Ordered a stove over 4 weeks ago. No calls nothing. Only to call in myself to be told possible delivery in January! Bs!
We purchased a Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration System about 6 months ago. We have spent the last 3 weeks trying to buy the filters for them. I keep calling and they never seem to get them on their truck. We spent allot of money on this system and to have it working and continue working properly, you need to change the filters when needed. If you are going to sell a product, how about keeping the maintenance products in stock.

Very disappointed with trying to reschedule something. So frustrating. Probably going somewhere else for what we need.
