On 02/21/2020 we placed a special order for 2 solid oak bifold doors. In May we were contacted the doors had arrived and they scheduled to install them. After installing them we discovered they were not the right doors. Lowe’s contacted manufacturer and replaced the order. In early August another set of doors arrived and again they were the wrong doors. We canceled the order and I went to Kiem’s and got the right doors on the same day! They were a THIRD of the price. Wow very very poor service today call in there to find out about a mower belt and my gosh they have the dumbest idiots lady working in the mower department who don't know what the hell she doing... No wonder a lot of us go to health to home depo to buy stuff piss poor service today.
Apparently they do not stand behind their installation work. We purchased a chain link fence with installation from Lowe’s. The installer did not follow the plans approved by the city correctly and when we later sold the house it was found that part of it encroached on the neighbors property. They refused to take any responsibility for it.
purchased a NEW fridge and it was broken. after over 15 phone calls I have to pay for another just for them to deliver and swap it out. not to mention I have been hung up on as well and lied to when the first phone call Charity stated she would deliver it. make sure you dont ever purchase from here unless you want lie after lie.
Once again Lowes Mt Veron Ohio showed me they are not the store to deal with.... Lowe’s has went above and beyond for us. We purchased a washer and dryer this past week. The washer was dented. They didn’t have another the same, so they upgraded our washer at no additional charge. We got everything installed and ran the first load. The dryer fell off the washer! Lowe’s took back the damaged washer and dryer and, again, had to upgrade both at no additional charge. They even threw in a new stacking kit since this was a different brand. This was all no hassle, no fuss. Excellent customer service!
If they tell you that Stanley did away with tape measure warranties they are lying to you. Called stanley to confirm and they said they have full lifetime warranty replacement. Another way for lowes and employees to take short cuts
