good people, good product....
I've had good and bad experiences with Lowes but the most recent one took the cake. I placed an order online for some fencing that they had in stock. I was returning something and figured I could do both at the same time. Return was no problem. Although i had placed the order three hours earlier for something they had in stock, it had not been pulled. After sharing that information with me they started helping the next person. APPARENTLY THEY THINK IT'S "HILARIOUS" WHEN YOU CALL TO COMPLAIN ABOUT A TOILET SEAT YOU THOUGHT YOU BOUGHT WAS NEW AND OPEN THE BOX AND IT'S A USED SEAT...SERIOUSLY??? OH AND GOOD LUCK TRYING TO GET THROUGH TO A MANAGER YOU HAVE TO CALL THE CORPORATE OFFICE IN ALBQ TO COMPLAIN THEB THEY TRANSFER YOU TO THE MANAGER WHO LIKES TO HANG UP ON YOU IF YOU CALL THEM DIRECTLY! Do not purchase carpet from Lowe's Espanola! It has been a nightmarish experience from the very beginning! There were several errors made in the ordering, with employees blaming each other rather than taking personal responsibility. The installers neglected to notify me once the carpet and padding were in, again the store blaming the installers and the installers blaming the store. I'm currently under home renovations and at Lowe's on a daily basis...the sign at the checkout states that if there are more than 3 people in line another register will be opened....i call Bull shyt ...it never happens!
Worse service ever. guess the people that know everything only work during the day.
