An hours at the order pick up counter to find out that my order had been lost. Never ever going back

This is by far the worst lowes I have ever been to. Customer service is a joke, the employees half the time dont know anything, dont even bother calling and expect someone to answer. Had to wait for a curbside pick up for about an hour and had to go in there to tell them we were here and still had to wait till the employee was finished showing her "boobie tattoo" to her other co-workers while there was a line a people waiting for help. If I could rate zero stars I would.

Does anyone answer the phones? Anyone at all? Been calling for 2 days to confirm the lumber needed to finish my project. I could drive down there, but to waste my time making the trip isn't worth it. All I need is someone in lumber to answer the phone for literally 2 minutes.... 15/10 do NOT recommend.

I’m writing to you to gain redress for the experience I had on Saturday, May 16th, when Lowe’s delivered my “new” dryer. In more than a dozen tries to reach the Española, NM Lowe’s by phone I’ve only ever gotten to speak with a person once, and she put me on hold and then redirected my call and it went back to the very fast busy signal every other attempt had gotten. I ordered an oven and a few other things 2.5 weeks ago. The delivery date was given, with a confirmation email. I checked the status the day before. Everything was set, only to get a call the morning of saying they only deliver to my area on Mondays. Today was Tuesday. But they were the ones that picked the date, and now I am stuck without an oven (we just removed ours in preparation) for another week. Don't even think about ordering online and picking up at this store. Just talked to customer service and they don't even have anybody working getting these orders ready. If they're not even going to try, then they should remove that as an online option.

The phone service sucks! I used to think Lowes is a great place, but now they rank right beside Walmart. And Walmart is the worst. I hope Lowes goes back to the way it used to be.

took over 3 months to get a hot water heater ordered and installed, went through 3 different nice but inefficient employees in lowes install department, the main manager was offputting, the installer i ended up with was good, but it was the second one the store set up. there was horrible communication all around, they never call back when they say they will. im still waiting for a rundown on how they break down the cost. as promised. total communication incompetence
