2 weeks for delivery of a major appliance? We had a carbon monoxide scare and needed a new stove, went in the Plymouth, Indiana Lowes and after searching for someone to help was told earliest delivery was April 14th. Today is the 3rd, this is insane.
Ordered item #810347, which says that it's a "Remington 46cc 2-Cycle 20-in Gas Chainsaw with Case." Received only the case. Store will not do anything about it. Customer Care is "investigating" and might get back with me in 3 days. Unacceptable!
