Very disappointed with your selection of employees Lowe's!! I was transferred to one of your associates.. I was calling to find out when Lowe's would be getting in a shipment of disinfecting wipes and a woman very rudely said to me, "No disinfecting wipes, no toilet paper, no sprays etc" and if we do get them they will go to someone who needs them more! 😠😠 So what she is basically telling me that my family is not important??? Bought a stove at Lowes Plymouth store Aug 18, delivery to be Aug 31st. The morning of Aug 31st we are told no one ordered the stove. No apology nothing. Took almost a week for refund. Treated poorly when I was upset as if it was a normal occurrence.
Dear Lowe’s, If you check security footage from the lumber entrance today at 5:20pm(ish), you’ll see a lady with a baby fall hard. If you look at the main entrance a few minutes later, you’ll see two men walk out, one falling and landing flat on his back. I’m sure if you watch longer, you’ll see a lot more. Please, as people come to you in the next couple days, can you ramp up your salting practices?? We need the parts you supply, especially those of us with farms and freezing pipes, but would prefer to get those things safe... read more
I bought a washer and dryer from Lowe's, and when I got home I noticed on the website that it was about $700 cheaper. So when I went back tonight to get a refund for a price match, Roberta in customer service, told me that they don't price match to their own website! They did refund my money, but acted like I was trying to cheat them! So from now on, I will not be shopping at any more Lowe's stores.
Have been charged $5400 for a fence that I never got. As far as I’m concerned they are thieves.
