Joseph in the Flooring Department is just AMAZING and always even.when.he isnt feeling his best I have found to be the BEST STAFF in the store. He is my Lowes "Go to Guy". And if he diesnt honestly lniw the answer he will get you to the right person that does. Always goes above and beyond the call of a Lowes Associate!!!
Thanks so much to the kind person who found my husband's wallet at Lowe's in Crossville this afternoon (2/3/16) and turned it in. There are GOOD people in this world ---and YOU are one of the best... We will 'pay it forward' --and help someone in need in your name (even though we do not know who you are)... Thanks AGAIN.
Went to Lowe's on 1/26/16 to pick out and order carpet for one bedroom. Were told we would be contacted by the installers w/in 48 hours. We were not. Called Lowe's and were told to give it until noon on 1/29/16. We gave it all day. No call. We'll head back to Lowe's tomorrow to have our deposit refunded and go elsewhere for carpet.
Great store good price s helpful people ! ! ! :)
