Justin in lawn & garden—in Crossville—I called to fix & replace a piece of glass for a picture frame—while he didn’t know how to fix my problem, he did everything he could do to direct me in the right direction! I expect to see him go very far up the hierarchy chain! Thankyou Justin!
Could someone please explain your policy on high purchase items that over $1000 and not asked to show ID?? Not once but twice my card was stolen and used at Lowe's for nearly $3000. Not once were the thieves asked to show ID? Is this the norm?
Wow just wow - ordered products online and the cashier just grunted never spoke - I asked if I could purchase bird food at this counter and again just a shrug of the shoulders!!

I had a bad experience at the paint counter. They were busy, but the young girl who was working acknowledged me, then helped a couple next to me before helping me. I had been waiting for about 20 minutes, and they had just walked up.
I remodel there store for them 3wks. 10 to 12 hrs.
