Betty the store manager is very helpful, the only person at Lowes that I have contacted that has been professional.
Just had the absolute worst experience shopping for kitchen cabinets. Was planning to buy all new kitchen appliances, washer dryer and new cabinets and counters and will definitely take my business elsewhere now. The interior designer as well as the guy working in the cabinet and appliance area seemed as if my inquiry was a bother to them and i wasn't worth a waste of their time.
Just now. I asked the cashier if they had more 5/4x6x8. After 10 minutes on the phone, she informs me that yes, in fact they do have more, but it will be at least until tomorrow or even Saturday until someone can come from the back with a forklift to get them down. What sort of bullshit is that? 2 days to get down lumber.
