Good luck trying to find any help in Rockingham. I dread coming into this store. I'm not sure what the issue is with this particular location but all the other stores I've been to don't seem to have this issue. They need to do a better job at staffing.

Ordered 20 boxes laminate flooring by special order. Was told they will call me. Never got a call so we called them. Was told flooring is in arrived at 5:30 to pick it up was told at customer service it wasn’t in. I insisted they look anyway and it was there. Took 1.5 hr to get it located and loaded. Also bought a piece of molding to match it. Computer shows it was in but it could not be located. Terrible experience!
Terrible customer service, waited almost 30 minutes to be helped! They acted like it was an inconvenience to help us.
