Cashed in my Humana vitality bucks to get 3 25 dollar E-gift cards that could be used in store or online An this store REFUSED TO LET ME USE THEM . I could've picked any store to get gift cards from but I chose Lowes. The email states they can be used in a store . I will never use lowes in Corinth ms again .
I own a business downtown Corinth and my pedicure chair's fuse went out and Tom in electric was nice enough to answer my call and tell me exactly what to do, got me the other fuse, and I haven't had an issue since! Very pleased!!!
Bought a stove and refrigerator when setting up delivery the salesman showed us a list of days and either am or pm. We chose a day with the am delivery and it's already 3pm with no sign of my appliances being here. When I called and had them have the delivery team call me to see about what time they would be here I told him they had told us an AM delivery he said they don't even leave the store until 10am! And there is apparently a big lack of communication at your store.
Lowes will not contact my Parents about their carpet installation!! It's been 12 days and one room to lay carpet! Don't buy from lowes

Stopped in Corinth today and wanted to get some boards and mulch that was on sale cashier was very nice and rang it up and Even asked the other girl which end would I go to get it loaded mulch one end boards other end . That was fine got to the mulch and no one there to load I waited and yelled through the fence still no one came so I loaded 8 bags myself . I'm not a spring chicken anymore so I was alittle upset. They where not helpful. More worried about getting off from work. Also not many cashiers
Went in to buy a dryer and have to say the rudest salesperson assisted us. Zero personality and customer service skills. Had I had another option to buy one I would have but was in need tonight. I can not believe someone like him is a salesman.
