went in with my elderly parents and was very hard to get service.
Not helpful. My husband and I were pushing 3 carts and no one offered to help. No one asked if we needed help finding anything...which we did need help. My husband had to ask for assistance loading several heavy items. We did get assistance with that. These folks need to learn to make eye contact and speak to customers. Horrible experience!! We spend a lot of money there and even if we didn't, they should still show common courtesy.

I went to Lowes tonight to buy paint for my daughter's room, the 2 sweet ladies in the paint department made her night! They let her go behind the counter and help make her own paint. Now she says her room will be extra special! Couldn't ask for better customer service than what they showed tonight!
