My husband and I went in the Lowes in Americus looking for a new shower to be installed. The sales associate who was summoned to assist us did not really seem interested in offering any suggestions and after a couple of minutes excused himself and never returned. As I was leaving I saw more employees in different sections talking and having a good social time with each other seemingly unaware that there might be customers around.
