Lowes employees are to busy texting on their phones to help customers. I have been in there several times. You can never get help when in there. The person who does the hiring you need to find a new position.
Lowes absolutely sucks!! I purchased carpet from then in June the installation was awful!! It has been one big hassle to get this mess resolved! Their customer care is anything but caring for their customers!!! I will never do business with them at all!! Stay clear!
So normally I'm fine with Lowe's. We had to get some wood and have it cut. Well....as we were standing there a peice of wood flew off and was like 2in from my face! It hit the wall and shattered! Scared the crap out of me. I wasn't even close to the cutter! What annoyed me is the guy doing the cutting said to me....."oh never did that before".....Not "Are you ok?" No applogy nothing....What Would he have done had I gotten hit? He's lucky i didn't go into labor too!!! I'm 8 months along.
We bought an item for delivery from the Marion IN Lowe's. It arrived today and I am more than happy with the service. These guys showed up within the scheduled time and busted their asses in the snow to get the item into my home and installed. When it comes to work ethic I'm all about giving credit where credit is due. These two gentlemen deserve it.
I've never been more ashamed of this place.. My family member served this country!! and your store would not accept her goverment issued military papers for her military discount... Seriously you all make me sick!! Did you as management miss the news where another business did this same thing.. That company made it right.. I am gonna do what ever I can to show this town the kind of place you run here in Marion Indiana!! SHAME ON YOU.. YOU HAVE FREEDOM BECAUSE OF OUR MILITARY!! AND BY THE WAY THIS HAPPENED TODAY!!
