HORRIBLE customer service experience with my local Lowe's!! Bought a stove, scheduled delivery, 5 people put their lives on hold and waited ALL DAY for the delivery (because Lowe's refused to provide a time estimate) only to be told at 7:30pm (after four phone calls) that the stove will NOT be delivered today because it is out of stock, on order and the delivery will have to be rescheduled. REALLY??!!

I love how they have been helping me renovated my home-my kitchen is beautiful! But Lowe's-you might never want to sell to my sister, Heather Renae Ray of Logansport, IN-she calls your materials "trash" and says my home needs to be torn down now as it is "ruined by using trash materials from Lowe's." Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with a hardware business. They dropped the massive proverbial ball 18 months ago with a botched flooring install. Now they dropped it on a hot water tank install. I’ve been waiting 7 days now and when I reach out to the subcontractor about why he wasn’t showing up he tells me he got a cancellation message from Lowe’s! Worst ever! I paid extra to go through Lowe's so I'd have someone there to make sure the contractor THEY hired would do the work. I couldn't have been more wrong. They sent out the worst contractor (A1 Construction). I paid $7,000 for a deck that they started in October, but I still can't get it finished. They set up appointments that they either don't show up for at all, or they stop by for 30 minutes and leave a note saying they'll be back next week to actually work on it. Spoiler alert, they won't. It's just not big enough, the selection is poor. It's the only big box home improvement center in Marion you would think they would offer more. I have spent thousands of dollars there since November, but there are days I walk away empty handed and have to drive 30 miles to Menards.
We ordered carpet and the carpet was supposed to be installed today between 8am-noon, here it is almost 3pm and still have not showed or received a phone call! Every time I call customer service they put me on hold to call the installers and they can’t get ahold of them either!! Worst service either! Now a day off has been completely wasted and who knows if our carpet will even ever get installed at this point!!
