Customer service at the Henderson Lowe’s is absolutely terrible. Waited 20 minutes for someone to help with blinds before we just gave up and left. On the same day waited 30 minutes for a forklift driver to load a hack of OSB for us. Never go if you need to make a quick trip and will require help with anything at all.
Lowe’s sucks, don’t trust any online orders with them. We ordered some tile that was on sale and they claimed to have 71 pieces. We ordered from Henderson because it’s close but could have gotten it from several other store at the same price. Of course conveniently after the sale went off they said they couldn’t find the tile and cancelled our order. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKED... HATED IT.. YOUNG BOY RACIST
I made a major purchase on 2/17/17 and Dustin in the appliance department was awesome! He helped me make the best decision about what appliances would best suit my needs and budget. The next day 2/18/17, Mr. Stan and Mr. Clint, delivered my appliances with tender loving care! They were quick, friendly and professional as they installed my appliances! Thanks Lowes for having excellent customer service and great employees!
U need to much money to buy anything and don't make u feel good when u shoping . So don't like it
