WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I would not order toothpicks from this company. I only give one star because there is no way to give NO STARS!!! I ordered a grill on line from the South Boston, VA store. The order was then being shipped from the Henderson NC store. I have order confirmation and had a shipping date. RecommendedTheir biggest thing was the military discount, I have purchased thousands of dollars thru the year, everything in my house has been bought at lowe's . Mainly because of the discount, good return policy (most Times) exprienced, knowlegeable ,and helpful associates . Bought a washer 45 days ago and it broke they won’t take it back.
Lowe's of Henderson NC is awful. They didn't deliver our refrigerator on time. I got hung up on 4 times when I called to find out where the refrigerator was. The manager I spoke to didn't even work in appliances and didn't know anything. We called Lowe's corporate customer service and they didn't know anything. We finally heard that we can expect a call in the morning with a delivery window but there is no way to confirm.

Abhorrent store. Seldom do you find qualified help in a timely manner. Always time to do something right the second time or throw money at a problem to make it go away. Delays in deliveries without so much as a phone call to let a customer know they were not coming. Antiquated software systems, disaffected employee base, out of touch management style. Waited at the paint counter at 5:30pm tonight pushed the help button no one showed. Customer service lady just stared at us. The. I asked for a manager who was standing a few feet away and he did not apologize said paint person was working two areas.... understaffed store poor service
