BUYER BEWARE!!! Lowe’s does not honor Craftsman warranty. Told by store manager and corporate phone line they could ship it off and have it back in 60 days. Store says 30 day return. Corporate said 60 days but agreed its store discretion on COVID-19 extension. Cut my Lowe’s card up in the store. Done with businesses that are not honest in relationships with customers, and upfront with their warranties. Terrible customer service! Just left and had 2 carts full of lumber; myself and my husband. Several employees walked by and not one offered to help. I sprained my wrist getting lumber from above my head and cut my hand on a staple sticking out the end. Walked through the entire store and even and asked where a bathroom was located with a bleeding hand, still no help. Asked for a band aid at check out and still no help. Loaded truck and still no help. Really Lowe's????
Floor was installed incorrect now they don't want to fix the problem. Lowe's please stand by your work.
