This is the worst place ever to expect any help. The couple youngsters I finally got to help were quite helpful and pleasant. As for the rest "if you're not happy in your job or a people person move along and let someone who enjoys helping have your job.

Drove to Lowes yesterday from Tenaha to get a 25000 BTU Air Conditioner yesterday, got home and had a friend help me put it in, which took hours!!! Cut it on and the compressor would not start, no cold air!!! Lowe's in Nac sucks. My son and I went to see if they had a pool yesterday. There were 6 people standing around the entrance to the garden center yakking about wolves. Not one asked if we needed help. We went inside to see if the pools were in there and it was like there was not a single person to help. Service sucks in lumber department people dodge you or hide. Pretty much do it yourself all the way. Will never ever return to Lowes in Nacogdoches tx
I travel from Tenaha to Nacogdoches to shop at Lowe's. I always find more things than what I went to purchase. Staff friendly. Unfortunately, on May 21, 2017, I bought a Whirlpool Cabrio washer. I have not successfully washed a load with one cycle yet. I called whirlpool, they set up an appointment with an authorized repair service. The washer has clothes dripping wet when cycle completed due to water trickling into machine after cycle completed. Repair person decided a new valve for the hot water was needed.
