once again Lowe's nacogdoches saves the day, went to Henderson store got no help, left empty handed drove 30+ miles here walked in and left with everything I needed!! henderson needs to learn somethings!! customer service!!!!
Horrible customer service. Recommend additional training and why is there never anyone to help in the departments? I had a very nice gentleman from lumber come help, tell me something is available and then the actual dept guy come and tell me that it isn't. If something is NO LONGER available....take the price tags off of the item or mark through that it is no longer available. This isn't rocket science people!

I don’t know what on earth has happened but...... all of a sudden my wife and I are getting old school, professional and eager service without looking for an employee. When we get to a department we are now always approached by an employee. They have answers to all of our questions and they seem like there is nothing they would rather be doing than helping us. This place suck I swear they all gay. The service suck they see you and walk away. The place Is a meeting place for men . I will not be going again. ever!####
My husband & I stopped in Lowe’s & a young man came by& asked if he could help? His name was Brandon the most polite , considerate ,helpful young man I’ve ever met. He answered any question we had about flooring took tile out of boxes for me to take pictures of. Brandon is such an asset to this store. Lowe’s , this store is so lucky to have this young man as an employee . A visiting customer from Arkansas !!
They are so rude and not helpful at all! James the manager was just no help at all.... they said they had a sawed needed it stock and we show up to get it and nope it’s not in stock!! So aggravating!!
Not always goid service. Depends on how lucky you are. A few people are helpful and kind. But I have to hunt them out.
