Went to your store tonight to order blinds. After looking at the blind display for 15 minutes and picking out what we wanted to order their was no one who was willing to help us, Two employees were standing in the flooring section just staring at us. Got told I was a danger to customers and my self for riding my hover board while I was shoping with my two children in a cart and was told to get off of it the same guy that told me to get off made me wate at the counter for an over ride that he needed to do while he was standing next to the cashier as he was on his computer looking at something called Corp and with in 10 min an assistant manager called me back and explain things to me but basically told me to pound salt and that he didn't care my advice to anyone thinking o... read more
The only reason I drove an hour each way is to pick up stuff that I had already paid for. They couldn't find it. Somehow this was my fault. Even told the associate when I paid for the stuff a week ago what time and day I would be back. Rude. Clueless and classless employees. I will never return. Home Depot for me. At least you are treated with respect there.
If I could rate none I would. The tool warranty is a joke. Make sure everyone has there receipts because other wise.. good luck.. ohh and good luck trying to find someone to help. I never plan on buying another kobalt tool again. Might as well spend the money one snap-on. No fuss on there warranty.
