Honestly have never had a bad experience and im there a couple times a week! Everyone is super friendly and the selection is amazing! Prices seem to be in line with the other options in town and i love the sales!
My mother and father are STILL waiting on a fence to be installed...a fence they purchased from Lowe’s Home Improvement of DuBois, PA in MARCH of 2018. They are being jerked around by your company. The items were delivered late but were not correct for the first “installation.” They waited weeks for the materials they needed, then waited weeks for another installation date which has come and gone with nothing done. Please do something to fix this. No customer should have to deal with this treatment.
The appliance department sucks! They were rude, didn't know their products and acted put out that I wanted to see the appliance before I bought it. This was after it cost me money and time to return an appliance that they delivered damaged. Asked for a manager and supposedly there was not one available.
I could set myself on fire and still not get an associate to pay attention. They have cut back their staff to the point where it is IMPOSSIBLE to find help. I hope that corporate realizes that they need to start paying their employees a good wage to retain skilled and helpful people.
Such poor customer service! If you can find someone to help, 9 times out of 10 they are annoyed like you are bothering them. They have lost cabinet purchases from is, appliance purchases. It is hard to believe how bad it can be. Someone delivering plants, didn't work for Lowes helped me In the garden shop one day. But the garden dept is one of the better depts.
Terrible lumber and sheeting selection. Hard to find one good board that's not bowed, chipped or cracked and good luck finding someone to help you that knows anything about what you are looking for.
I just purchased two storm doors and had Lowe's install them. The contractor they sent, Dan Keech from DuBois store, was everything that I could have wanted. He was prompt, polite , very capable and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend this purchase and installation to anyone. Good job.
