Very poor (almost non-existent) customer service. We went in to purchase a grill and smoker. The few members of staff there we managed to speak to were trying to help, but there are simply not enough staff. We required assistance to help us put an order together. After several tannoy announcements still nobody came to help. After waiting around for 20/30 minutes we asked to see the manager who “was not on site” (or hiding). Just a big disappointment. Awesome customer service in appliance department.
Absolute worst customer service. Ordered a shop vac online to be picked up during the Black Friday sale. Go to pick it up and being the only person in line no one paid me any attention. Two associates were to busy talking. Finally after finishing their conversation they go to the back to get the shop vac I ordered. Keep in mind there are the same shop vacs all around but the associate chose to get it from the back. Get home and it’s a used shop vac that’s been returned. The bags had been cut. We wanted to get some help with a connector and waited at customer service to get us someone who could help find it. The customer service rep called for someone and we waited for 10 min. Then we followed her and walked to plumbing and she asked us to press the need help button and we waited another 10 min. Then we walked around there to find someone to help. Couldn't find any employee who was in charge of plumbing section. The store barely had 2 customers. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Going to stick to Home ... read more
