I had a problem but thankfully the team at Lowes went above and beyond to not only correct it but offered a great solution ! Thank you so much for the awesome customer service!
Poor customer service in paint dept as well as only having self check out open when we had a cart full of base boards, transition strip etc that are nearly impossible to ring up on self check out without a portable scanner. The cashier at self check out kept helping customers with only one item to check out and when we finished our check out,after 10 mins, she said figures as soon as I decided to help you, you only have one item left.
Very poor customer service employees just stood there having a conversation instead of assisting us. And there response was well i called someone... seriously we walked out and went to Home Depot if this is how Lowe's trains their employees to pass the buck same on you.
I know stores sometimes have their bad days. With that said, Lowe's in Slidell just lost our business. We ordered a new back door, with a doggy door, back in May. Well, here it is AUGUST, and still no door. They just called to tell me that yet another door was delivered with problems. The first door was completely wrong, second door was 2 inches too big, and now this one had the hole cut for a doggy door but no doggy door. Terrible, terrible, terrible.
