We had an appliance purchased 2 years & 1 month ago stop working. The GM & Assistant Manager we're both overly helpful to make the exchange. Even when we could see how busy they were, they were still friendly & took their time to make sure everything was handled properly. I am so amazed at how much they helped. Not everyone, myself included, can be kind while stressed & busy.
Two employees Landon and Aaron were over helpful in helping my 12 year old find wood materials for a Science project. This doesn’t happen in any store. It was a teaching and learning experience from beginning to end. Those two Lowe’s employees need special recognition. Thanks again to Landon and Aaron of Lowe’s Slidell.
I really want to thank the guy that helped us with our grill he went out of his wayto help us!!I don’t know his name but he had an LSU shirt �we really appreciated it!!
I am a Lowe’s card holder and very regular customer. Just want to say “thanks” to my Slidell, LA Lowe’s for letting me load 17 80# bags of concrete this morning with no assistance. I even had to get the last four from down the aisle since the outside pallet was empty. To her credit, the cashier called for assistance, but no one came. Thanks.
Nice selection of plants. Friendly cashier. Very clean store, with plenty of employees to help with your needs. Much better than any Lowe's I use to shop at in Los Angeles!!!!
Terrible came in one day to order flooring, they did not know how to use the system to order it! Go to pick it up It takes them an hour to bring my order to the front of the store terrible
I'm always buying plants, soil, flower pots and etc. I bought two flower pots not but about two years ago. I didn't put anything in them lately because they are falling apart, bad quality!
