Very disappointed with Lowe's. We have spent a lot of money here. Our garage is broken, completely torn, because the installation we bought through them was done incorrectly. This was on a new build, but because it's been 15 months they refuse to fix anything. A garage should not be destroyed after a year. Very disappointing they don't stand behind their work. Will not be spending any more money there.
Tried to place a fairly large order at 2 different stores and neither one could help us. The Castle Rock store couldn't deliver for 2 weeks because their truck was broke down. Why can't they rent a truck until the other is fixed? The Parker store didn't have anyone to take the order. They said they all called in sick. Go figure. They must be doing real well.
On Thursday the 10th I was in the CR store looking for a replacement battery for my Porter Cable tools. When I walked down the isle an alarm kept going off. It was a motion detector so, every time I moved it went off loud enough for the entire store to stop and stare at me! After about two minutes of this two employees came and just stood at the end of the isle. Neither asked if I needed help finding anything, which I did!! I finally left without the battery! We purchased a scratch and dent refrigerator two weeks ago. Yesterday it was delivered and there were even more scratches and dents. I called the store and they took care of it immediately! We have had so many issues with our kitchen remodel that it was refreshing to have something taken care of without a fight. I normally shop at Home Depot but I think I'll be visiting Lowe's from now on.
I definitely do NOT appreciate the fact that I've purchased ~$13k worth of decking materials from Lowe's over the past couple of months; only to have the delivery guy show up a day earlier than scheduled, after I specifically called and confirmed delivery for Saturday, and berate my wife over the phone to another employee at Lowe's! I do have a choice where I spend my hard earned money! #LowesFail #Lowes
Customer service is terrible, staff is not very knowledgeable and then when I ask about it I'm told it's because the off season they let associates go.
Someone is spreading the rumor that we stopped honoring the military discount, but that's completely false! We still honor all vets current and former with 10% discount! As a cashier, I add the military discount to about 1 out of every 4 transactions daily! Whoever is spreading this must be getting us confused with someone else!
