Disappointed. We purchased 3 new -expensive front and patio Doors and Full window replacement. Lowe’s gives a 1 year warranty. Our doors were purchased in February 2019. 6 months out of warranty. They will not send anyone out to make a hinge adjustment on our patio door (it sticks on the top) since we are outside the “ warranty”. They lost their department manager, Isaac and installer, Jeff so I cannot contact them. They lost two great employees. So... I do not recommend purchasing windows or doors from Lowe’s.

I ordered my carpet Oct. 6 and paid for it (over $7000). It is now Nov. 11 and it has been promised to be delivered 3 times. We still have not received info. on it being delivered to the installers. They don't know where it is. And they now have a sign in the store that if carpet is ordered by 11/19 it will be installed by Thanksgiving. Maybe I should reorder so I can have it by 11/19. Ha!! Never again will I use Lowes!
driver didn't want to back down the lot. they would rather return $1500 worth of appliances that were already here than do a little extra work. never again.
Floor installation is a joke
Placed an order online, they called stating they didn't actually have e it in stock and other local stores didn't either. The Lakewood location did actually have it in stock. I called customer support and the castle rock location cancelled my order. They would only send one to to the castle rock location if I paid 4x the price
Does anyone work in the blinds department? We have about $4000 work of blinds we would like to order but we've been waiting a good hour for someone to show up.
