I dealt with the flooring dept, on installation of there product, and it was my worst experience, on dealing with Lowe's, since they couldn't get a installation date, or the figures correct for job, which was due to inexperienced help in the Dept. After what was suppose to be a one week transition, was over 2 weeks and no further along than the first day. Demanded my money back, except materials, dealt with an outside installer, and had flooring done within 5 days. I will no longer deal with Lowe's, and try there competitor ... read more
