There are two employees there at stafford lows in an inappropriate relationship. They call and harass people Bryan Lockhart (employee) and a girl name ashley who I think is a (Manager)
I ordered custom shades for my office 3 weeks ago. Came in to see if they came in since no one called. Never ordered them. Thanks Lowe's. If it wasn't for Adam Walker I wouldn't come back.

I am very happy with all of the work that was done by manager Matt with getting the unfinished cabinets that we needed. Also Russ, in the bath department, he worked with Matt (again!) in getting another piece of the shower that we needed. This has been my favorite Lowes store for a very long time. Great job helping this long time customer out!!!!!!
I've come to my Stafford, Va location three times since starting our kitchen remodel. They've struck out all three times with poor attitudes and long waits for help. I wanted my cabinets, flooring, and lightning but had to take my business elsewhere do to the staff.
Lowes in Stafford sucks. Al bought a ceiling fan there today. We had it all up and went to put the blades on but the screws were not in the package. Al went back with receipt and instructions in hand. The manager refused to open a box and give us the needed screws. So Al came home, took the fan down and we are headed back to Lowes to return it. No, we will not be buying a fan from there.
