Ordered a new front door and storm door for house. It took about a month and a half to get the doors and get them installed. We received the wrong storm door, so they had to order the correct one. The contractor they sent, S & K provided poor workmanship. The door jam is cracked and prying damage incurred during installation was just cover up with caulk. Disappointing. Poor inventory and unknowable staff.
Ordered a stove, was told it would be delivered 6 days later. But NO, it's scheduled for a month from now. UNACCEPTABLE. My oven is broken and 12 people are coming to dinner in 5 days.
The cashier wouldn't give us the military discount and said we had to register on line !!! NEVER HEARD OF THIS ONE!!!
Emily provided EXCELLENT assistance in creating my pull list. Yet, I am disappointed thst the specialty pieces associated with installing a wood floor (for example: stair nose board) are difficult to obtain. More to installing a floor than just floor boards.
I am never one to write a company a terrible review but the delivery service they use is absolutely horrible. They advertise "free next day delivery" it has now been over 10 days and still no freezers. I've have been on the phone with Lowe's almost every day figuring out why my delivery keeps getting rescheduled and no one can figure out why. They don't even have an answer only that the delivery company keeps changing it, with no note as to why. When you call Lowe's expect to be on hold for awhile... It's at least a 30 minut... read more
Installation service is a scam! I paid for the service, delayed scheduling, then the contractor shows up and tries to tack on a surcharge.
