My internet Black Friday order was gone when I went to pick it up but the manager, Nicole, showed true professionalism and handled the situation and I left happy.
We purchased a front door & storm door and had it installed. Their installer, Jason had a worker named Patrick with him. During their time at the house my elderly neighbor fell in his back yard. Hearing something they ran to his aid and helped him up. They retrieved a first aid kit and cleaned his wound. Truly caring and professional. We have used Lowes before and will use them again. Absolutely horrible service. Lowe's should be ashamed to have their name on the door. Prices were mislabeled. When I asked about it, both the department manager and store manager told me it's the customers job to memorize barcodes to know the correct price. Not only did they not honor their posted price, but the manager Nate just stood there slacked jawed and told me he couldn't be held responsible for how his store is run. It is really sad when big companies treat good cutomers like crap. Apparently, customer retention is not at all important to you. I will never shop here again.
Absolutely the worst communication and customer service I have ever received! Shop Home Depot, you will get 3x the customer service there!! After spending a week trying to purchase a lawn mower from them and multiple phone calls and visits to the store, I will never go back! The lawn mower we purchased broke on us in the first 4hours and got a replacement, that one broke in 2hours. I talked to 4 different manager's all of which I had to retell my issue with.
