I went in looking for a plant and asked the woman in the plant section if they had it and she responded “I don’t know” and turned back and continued taking to another salesperson. Oh Pueblo!
Stood around for 20 minutes waiting to get help with carpet. When the sales person finished he complete ignored us standing right next to him. Another couple walked right in front of us and the sales man proceeded to help this couple still ignoring us! We will take our carpet purchase some where else!
I went to purchase a washer... I had to go to other departments for help. Spent over an hour looking for service... I knew what I wanted. Had to wait another hour to receive my purchase. If I didn't need it, I would of walked out... Disappointed....
Super unhappy with the delay in my flooring. We have been pushed back now for the 3rd time and it's still not even in the store yet! We are delaying moving into our home because of this....never again!
I love this store!!!! Always has everything you need for all your projects!
