I was at the Juan Tabo location working with Veronica who was great. They did not have the item so she called this location and got the run around, being hung up on, transferred without being told. Poor customer service.

As I write this I am sitting at home waiting for delivery of an $800 lumber order. Ordering the stuff last week was easy: Stephen Langois in ProServices was a pleasure to deal with and scheduled my delivery for yesterday, Mar. 20. When I called to confirm yesterday, I was told that my delivery had been inadvertently rescheduled for Mar. 28. They were able to get me on the schedule for today between 7 a.m. and noon. I would like to say thank you to Gabriel(not sure what dept but he’s always at the key cutting station area) for his great customer service, his knowledge, his ability to take the time out to listen to what I thought i needed to making suggestions on making my project come to life. Bought a washer and dryer set in Feb and the dryer stopped working and we replaced it with another set. The washer stopped working and we called for service and were told it is going to be 2 weeks till they can fix it. This is a brand new set and for the second time it is not working. We called the store and they decided to tell us that they will do nothing, we have to go through service and after 30 days the store will not do anything. Lousy service. Had 2 transactions. One for cabinets that we had to return for concealed damage and second for flooring. The flooring was a disaster we got several boxes of the wrong wood. Our job fell 3 days behind and we are out $200 gas for taking two extra trips, driving 6 hours round trip. Horrible experience.

Me and family went to lowe's we pass 6 associates not one greeted us or ask if we needed help.intill we pass this one associates and she ask if we needed help and said hello to us.on top of that my daughter spilled her water at the check out and that guy an associate send us to customer service for paper towels and that she handed them to me so I proceed to go and clean it up.i understand my daughter fault but at my job I always tell my customers don't worry I got it and greet them have a nice day

Horrible experience yesterday. The cashier basically said I was an idiot and couldn't understand that I wasn't paying with a card, I was paying with Samsung pay which fyi works everywhere. So he cancelled my payment 3 times! It was a horrible experience and I will not be returning soon.
