asked for service to load the air conditioner we bought; the employees weren't coming out so thankfully two good Samaritan's offered to help.
No associate want to help, blew me off, maybe Native American features stood out to much. Sad especially in this day in age.
rude cashier was screaming I talk to the manager, she ignore everything and walk away they say they match prices she didn't.
Horrible staffing levels. never enough staff to help wait over an hour most time for assistance. even when you are picking up an order you already paid for.

Order Mother Day Gift Didn’t Get Yet Even When It’s Says it’s in stock
My poor hubby & I went to Albq. From Grants yesterday, ordered and prepaid ~ so that he could have his order ready, as he returned today-Tuesday morning with trailer. Nope, they did not have his order complete, he had to get everything together/Again. Then instead of loading him up, they loaded another.....making him wait 25 minutes. It pretty much wasted his day of work for today, that he had planned & yesterday-Monday, was a waste of our 3 hours there- trying to be organized & make time for today. Ugh. NO BUENO!
Great customer service. Interactions with everyone in flooring was quick and effective.
