HD lost my business. Lowes has done everything right to earn my loyalty. They're very been spot on at every turn of my $6k project. HD lets me know what other store I need to go to. Lowes has exactly what I need. All they need now is markers for their hardware bags. All that being said, they also have a reserved spot for Purple Heart, combat wounded Vets. Totally awesome.
Horrible service. I am trying to buy a refrigerator, via phone, for one of our tenants and I cannot get someone to help me. I was hung up on twice then left on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. I hung up and called back asking for a manager, she got my info and said she would have someone in that department call me back. They don't seem to be calling back. This is absolutely unacceptable service.
4th time here can't stand the service I am getting. Never buying appliances again!!
I have no words for how I feel about the staff. I just know that the person who was at the paint dept ignored me twice and I was not content. I informed the cashiers that I had been waiting for a while and what they said was well it's whoever is available to help since the paint dept has no closing personal. I informed them that I was ignored twice and I didn't appreciate it.
I just had a terrible experience at this store . Spoke to the GM (Ryan) who seemed to care very little about customer service or making the incident right !!! Sad, I have been a customer for many, many years . Guess I'll have to start going to Home Depot instead !!!
I went into this store today, asked the customer service rep to order a dozen NEMA power plugs and they told me they couldn't do it, but to see that section clerk about ordering them. After 20 min of running around playing tag with their employees I gave up...and they wonder why I've never purchased from this store and never will! Personal note to the GM..."take charge and fix this or get off the horse"
