DO NOT SHOP OR BUY ANYTHING FROM LOWE'S!! Worst customer service EVER! I shopped Lowe's Labor Day sale and purchased a new washer and dryer and dishwasher. I was so excited! Well...it's 6:47 pm on Saturday night and my delivery that was scheduled for YESTERDAY is still not here! My Dad retired in February from here and sadly died from cancer a month ago. The employees here are exemplary they rallied together and are painting my mothers house that her and my father shared together for over 45 years! It's one thing my dad wished he could have done but was unable to do due to the cancer weakening his body. They loved my dad and have shared that love with our family. Our dryer stopped working today - got an estimate and was the motor - which would cost $200 to replace (screw that sh*t) - so I went to LOWES!!! I LOVE LOWES!!! Got a floor model (customer upgraded) brand new Maytag gas dryer for $300!!! Love it!!! Also, we got our Maytag washer (floor model) 5 years ago there for $300!!! I highly recommend checking their appliance floor models - Home Depots floor models are beat up, have major dents and are marred - not LOWES!!!!
