Terrible experience. Still waiting for delivery of my washer dryer. It was suppose to be delivered on 3rd Dec. We got call confirming it will arrive between 7-9 pm. We kept following to confirm it is coming and all through were told it is going to come. Later at 8:30 PM i call back and they say it was cancelled by Store and i need to call for re-scheduling. Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE customer service. Go to the Western location (or Home Depot, or Sears?) instead and maybe save yourself a giant headache. On 5/18, I ordered a dishwasher/stove/microwave online with delivery to this store and the website told me stove and microwave were backordered ~3 weeks.
