If any thing happens in there parking lot they are not liable and getting to talk to someone is almost impossible they will keep handing it off to another till someone wishes to talk to you I will never visit lowes again
Absolutely the worst customer service in nursery department! And rude to boot! No problem, home depot about one mile down the road!
Thank you to the people of the Gainesville Lowes for making me mad enough to go less than a mile out the road to spend my money. Went to the Big Orange store today and had a great experience as I have had every time I've been there. Reminds me of Lowes a couple of years ago.
I went into this store knowing what I needed (plywood) and everyone acted like it was a huge inconvenience to help me. The one person I finally got to help me acted the same. I called my husband to double check measurements (after telling the salesman I only had 30 mins and making sure he could do it in that time and if not I would come back later) and the salesman started talking to another customer that he apparently knew and just walked off. Well by reading the rest of the reviews I am convinced that my opinion of the Gainesville Ga Lowes is spot on. This is without question the absolute worst excuse for a home improvement store I have ever visited. Went in the other night to pick up a fewmaterials for a bathroom remodel and needed a simple blue lumber cart. None were found in the lumber dept. Does Lowe's no longer value loyal customers??? We have lived all over the country and have used Lowe's for all our home improvement needs. I purchased a front loader washer and dryer and purchased their Lowe's Service Advantage extended plan and now 3 months after my warranty is out, 2 main parts fail (machine control board and motor control board). I asked could they assist me and they have offered $50.00 for a total service and parts bill of $385.00. Does it not matter to them that in the last 3 months we have spend over $... read more
