Deliver on time. Wasted my weekend on a delivery that never showed up. First on Sat, was called and it said was rescheduled for Sunday after confirming the times for Saturday. Well, the next day, Sunday rolls around and my washer and dryer never show up at my scheduled window of 3:45 - 7:45 pm. However, I do get an email saying it was delivered. Thanks for wasting my weekend, someone needs to do their job
So, after I sat outside calling for 30 minutes my call was answered with “at this point just come inside” are you kidding me?!? Why should I have to come inside if a company offers drive up service. The biggest JOKE. Then, as I’m leaving this gentleman is setting another pick up sign outside. Poor customer service. At a time where COVID-19 is at a all time high. You should offer the services you advertise so that people who actually need it can get it without going inside.
RecommendedYesterday March 7 I felt in love with the Gainesville Lowe's, not only Tonia did an excellent job helping us to buy a new washer machine, she spent good time giving us recommendations, she was very knowledgeable, she also was extremely kind and friendly, but walking around the store i was able to see they're hiring people with special abilities, both clerks were very kind and friendly too... A special thanks to the management for making this store so open and friendly too everybody.

dont go there if you need help you wont get any or if you need a flat cart cause they all are full or in a hurry cause only one register will be open

I just waited over AN HOUR out by the pine straw truck after paying for it and called twice to ask why no one would come open the truck and load my pinestraw. Finally I went in and got my money refunded. I do not recommend this Lowe’s.
