Don't bother calling, no answer for 15 minutes, guess they all went home early
I ordered my entire kitchen cabinets , the installation started like 6 months ago en still unfinished to much mistakes unprofessional people look like once they took the job and you sign the contract they don't care about you now I call the contractor Leo Pacheco and the designers hope Nicholson en they say I have to wait because they are to busy , I am very disappointed with the team of Lowe's I have my three kids I don't have a sink in my kitchen I have to wash dishes and prepare my food in the bathroom sink! Their customer service sucks! I ordered $500 patio chairs and they called to ask if we wanted them assembled but notes if so it would delay the delivery by a week. We called and said to please assemble and we will wait a week for the delivery. At 7am my husband received a call saying they were in front of our house for delivery. While rushing out to work he had the delivery guy drop them off and they were in boxes! My husband and I are renovating our entire home. We have switched to Dublin Lowes from all of the Home Depot's in the area. They are so helpful and know what they're talking about when you ask for help. Yesterday I had to run over twice and Jose helped me both times. Once in the lumber dept and second visit there find lag bolts! He joked with me and didn't make me feel like I was an inconvenience since I didn't know what to look for! Thank you Jose and Lowes in Dublin!!
Lowe's keeps putting my name and phone number on orders for other customers. I don't need random truck drivers calling me. It happened twice this week. I haven't had a legitimate delivery from Lowes in over two YEARS. I've wasted far, far too much time on the phone with Lowe's people who promise me it's fixed when it's not. From now on, I'm sending all those truck drivers to the Pleasanton transfer station at 3110 Busch Rd. Anybody else who thinks they have a delivery coming, check there.
