Curbside pickup for online orders does not work at all. Called the store for curbside pickup and no one picks up the phone. After trying for 10 minutes, I went inside , it was 9/26 at 11:05 am, the worker named Karen who worked at the pickup window gave me an attitude when I told her no one picked up the phone for curbside pickup. Shame on you Lowes. Because of your mistake you have now left a single mother without a refrigerator, in the middle of a pandemic! You hauled away the old fridge and left her with one that doesn't work. Now say that you can't make it right and it will be several days for you just to haul away the broken refrigerator. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!! We ordered carpet installation here at the start of the month and was assured everything will be done by end of the month. So we have planned to move by end of the month. Now we had to call them everyday as the flooring department lady is not available anytime we call and were finally told that it will not be done till end of the next month. Don't do any home improvements with Lowe's. They charged me premium price to do my roof. Later I find out that the shingles were bought from a cheap store and it was installed by an outside contractor. Lowe's was not involved at all in the process. They take the money and let's a fly by the night contractor do the job without letting the customer know. Completely dissatisfied with the work. NEVER use Lowe's for roofing jobs.

I came in looking for metric drill bits. I searched the wall and saw nothing but standard bits. A guy in a vest was walking by, so I asked “Hey Boss, do you guys carry metric drill bits?” His response was something that had me at a loss for words.... He says “We don’t carry metrics. We live in the Americas and metrics isn’t really used here. You can look at the packaging on the bits and it tells you the sizes but I’m pretty sure we don’t carry metrics. I have spent the last 20 minutes trying to get through to this store but someone keeps picking up without acknowledging me and places me back on hold.They finally answered and I asked to speak with the manager. Guess what, went back on infinite hold. After going through the hold message a few times they did hang up on me. A few times. I have spent a ton of money at this place recently and I cannot get them to answer the phone at 7:30pm on a Sunday night when they are open until 10pm? Really?
