It took 30 minutes to get somebody to help me with light bulbs....next time I will got to home depot.
I had an excellent experience at Lowe's yesterday. Every associate I spoke to was friendly and helpful.
Absolutely the worst buying experience & customer service wife and I have ever received. Employees at all levels are short, unprofessional and just don't care about guests. Has been over 3 months since ordering a door and nothing but disappointments. Not one phone call from the store for an explanation. Will never shop at Lowes again!!!!
Unbelievable that customer service is not even making eye contact with customers waiting line for 10 minutes and then 2 staff of 3 staff in customer service not busy walk away to go check a schedule and confer amongst themselves. A customer walks away to go figure things out himself. No explanation, no apology. Lowe's, you can do better.
Worst Customer Service! Bought a new washer and dryer for almost $1500 in February. Was dissatisfied with it within 30 days. Lowe's will not honor their own written policy for Returns and Refunds. Instead, they are giving me a total runaround.
