Yelling at people to leave the store is no way to treat people. The employees at this store needs some serious training. Lowes should learn from the mistakes of the American Airlines. This store needs management who can train the workers to appreciate the customer instead of inciting unfavorable relationships with them. MEAN EMPLOYEES WITH HORRIBLE PEOPLE SKILLS!!! I would recommend trying HOME DEPOT if at all possible.

The store is just going downhill most employees have little or no knowledge and they don't know how to put price tags on anything shelves are a mess can't ever find what you need just getting sad time to shop at Home Depot
Not happy w today. Wanting estimates on flooring. Person says can't help me and person is at lunch. This is all I get. Wanting to get all new flooring....not making me want to pick Lowe's w this level of service
I went to look at granite counter tops on 2/27/16. There were two employees in the department. A man who clearly was working with a couple and then another employee a young woman who did not greet us, didn't ask if we needed help, didn't say I'll be right with you, nothing she sat on her computer didn't look up, not once. At that point i just left!! Furious!! I have just purchased a new dishwasher two months ago and had trouble with the delivery schedule.
