Do no buy any appliances from this store. We bought a refrigerator, was told it would be delivered the following Saturday. Received a call on Friday that it was backed ordered, we were 180 in line, no idea when we would get it. Our sales rep knew that fast delivery was a priority because our fridge was broken. why weren't we told when we paid for the fridge? we would have chosen another. Very poor customer service.
WET, MOLDY WALLS BY LOWES!! @Lowes installed 38 hurricane windows & all 38 leaked for OVER 5 MONTHS. We had a new refrigerator delivered yesterday(9/02/2019) and right after the driver/installer left we noticed the handles were not even, as well as the doors and within 5 minutes it started buzzing, like something is loose inside. If you push on the side the noise stops. The sound will stop and start as many times and as fast as you can push and release. I called Lowes Concord Mills and they said call the manufacturer, yes even on an appliance that was delivered 24 just hours ago. Not very good customer service and poor qual... read more

Portfolio landscape lights carry a 5 year warranty. After 1.5 years three are not working. Lowe’s customer service says anything beyond 90 days needs to go through manufacturer. A call to the manufacturer and I am told they don’t have a replacement product but Lowe’s does—catch 22? Lowe’s has the product but can’t honor the warrant. Manufacture could honor the warranty but doesn’t have the product. These are not cheap lights so don’t be moved to purchase by the 5 yr warranty. 90 days is probably more accurate.
