Well, my hubby is a contractor and we go there to order alot of appliances and materials for house rehab but most of the time the incharge of the Pro-services is not around and they starts calling them and it will take forever for the person to show up. Cassandra... I repeat... Cassandra from the cabinet department is the definition of outstanding customer service. She was extremely knowledgeable and couldn't be more helpful. She took pride in making sure that everything was perfect. If I ran any kind of business, I would hire her in a second. Also, the 2 gentleman that delivered our appliances were extremely professional. Jose was one of them and I wish I could remember the other guys name. The assistant manger lary sucks. 0 customer service skills. Didn't stay Fokisted on my problem left it to others to salve. Spent 3 hours there and got nowhere, extremely dis pointed I would rather shop on line or go to home Depo !
Currently standing in decking have been pressing the button over and over. Called the store and they over headed it and I am still waiting now going on 17 minutes.... Crap service and no employees any where!!!
