Was told by Don in electrical that I have to Come into the store and sign a contract to get someone to come to my house and give a quote to install a ceiling fan. Huh? It's 2017. Really?
Seth - you are reason #1 I will now shop exclusively at Home Depot. We were ready to purchase a grill we were told was on the floor and available (by another associate), which we took the time to drive & pick up. Denied by you, not willing to sell the model on the floor. Thanks for affirming this is not the place to shop, nor is customer service any kind of priority at your location.
Appreciate the fact that the dishwasher we wanted was actually in stock and we were able to take it home and install it the same day! The "other" Home Improvement store don't stock major appliances, they have to come from the warehouse! Kudos to Lowe's!
Well Lowe's lost a customer today and a $1,300.00 sale. Ordered refrigerator, washer and dryer. Delivery was set for afternoon but they got that wrong, they had the dryer in stock when we ordered it 3 weeks ago but told us they didn't have that in stock for delivery. So Lowe's sucks went to Home Depot. They matched price! #Lowes sucks

This store has heavily inconvenienced my family over a flawed return policy for their appliances and their lack of stock on hand. We have to figure out how to live without a refrigerator over the holidays because of a lack of care or concern about doing the right thing for their customers.
