Store over half full not one single register open other than self checkout. When I asked why she said talk to my manager. Spent 300 dollars on things I had to scan and bag myself. Very dissatisfied with the service.
We paid for a refrigerator, washer, & dryer in July. Supposed to deliver in a week or so. Delivery arrives with a dryer. Email calls crickets. August 13 washer arrives. Email call crickets. Finally hear fridge is to arrive at Lowe’s September 17th September 24th went into store. While I love shopping in the Lowe’s store itself I would strongly suggest to never order anything custom that requires installation. Their installation team does not care about their customers nor the delays they cause their customers when they make a mistake and don’t seem to have installers that care about customer service! Their “expedited” service was the exact same length as the original timeline and thus no expiring was done. Never seen this level of poor customer service!!

We ordered windows in June of last year and the job is still not complete. 4 windows in the center front of our home are being reordered for the 4th time! Not acceptable

Beware if you are purchasing anything that is clearance and need to return it for some reason. I purchased a microwave two weeks ago because it was a great deal. I asked the guy (who I believe to be a manager) when he put it in my cart if I could return if it didn’t fit and he said yes. Well t didn’t fit so I went in today to return it and the cashier said we don’t return clearance items. Told her I specifically asked so she called a manger. Well I do actually have a complaint against Lowe's department store they really do not stand behind their warranty they pawn it off to somebody else and then they played tennis with you back and forth and back and forth until you just get so tired of it then you go to buy another stove now you got to junker and another stove so whenever you need to go to buy anything at Lowe's you might as well make room for a bad stove or bad refrigerator for you guess I'm going to have to take legal actions in this which I have already con... read more
