I will never return to this store again!!!! We waited to get keys made for 15 minutes. Rang the bell, even went to the front to ask for help and received no help. Your employees are just standing around do nothing. 7 employees just chatting with each other. Not willing to assist a customer.!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is no help available to customers in lighting department available after asking for some and waiting 15 mins-- and then you are told by store manager that this is due to slow time of year and that associate leaves at 7 at night. I recommend people go one more exit to home depot

We had a Pella sliding door ($4, 326.31) installed today from Lowe's of West Bridgewater, Ma. The installer was late. When he left the screen was ripped (due to a nail coming out of the door) and upon checking the outside there is a 13 inch gash in the outside of the door. I cannot open the screen due to the nail. We already spoke to Lowe's of West Bridgewater- I would like someone to contact me. Thank you.
