Absolutely the worst run store I have ever dealt with, never again will I purchase anything from this incompetent place, with the worst customer service ever encountered mainly appliance department and followed up by the lack of management!!!! #boycottlowes
I want to thank the people at Lowe's in West Bridgewater, Ma for calling me back to tell me generators had arrived. I had lost my power for 4 days and really appreciate the extra effort in service!
What is wrong with your appliance department in your West Bridgewater, MA. Store. Second time that I ordered on-line and they scheduled delivery without contacting me to see when I wanted the appliance delivered. No idea until today that the delivery company called last night and attempted to deliver today with nobody home. Best part is that even after the appliance not being delivered, I still haven't heard from the store. Once again great customer service for the second time.
I really have no major complaints. First of all a dog friendly store is the best thing, just ask my Golden. But the store itself, years ago we bought all our appliances there and they installed windows and a custom storm door on our house and we had no issues. We have bought numerous other things as well, so much that certain employees comment on how big big my kids are getting. I guess we are there enough. Will never use Lowes again for doing work on my house! Completely disgusted!
According to you (Lowe's) I must have bent the refrigerator frame myself. I love how you adjust the facts to fit your situation. Doors misaligned, grille busted, front legs tilted in. And of course the famous line-"the delivery men will adjust it when they deliver"-well not if the fork lift damaged the frame in the store and you can't see that part. I know one person's dissatisfaction won't impact you in any way, but I won't be shopping there anymore.
